1. Changing your diet can be overwhelming.

2. Those little plastic bags that you put produce in a the grocery store need to be redesigned.

3. The conditioning needed to ride a bike is vastly different than running.

4. There is a football shaped hole in my life.

5. I’m ready for warm weather.
